So there will be one place to smoke in public next year: Cigar Aficionado’s Big Smoke party on May 22nd. After some lobbying by Cigar Aficionado cover boy, Rudy Giuliani, the current mayor has created a loophole. Smoking will be allowed where the public is invited to “promote and sample” tobacco products. Which is what I do most nights, so I’d like an exemption too, please.
